About The Position

Rosina Food Products is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, administrative, professional, and leadership positions while serving as a key backup to our Talent Acquisition Lead in supporting plant operations hiring. Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); UKG experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience recruiting corporate, professional, or leadership positions preferred.
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, administrative, technical, and leadership positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Extend employment offers and guide candidates through the pre-employment process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (UKG).
  • Draft and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Serve as the backup recruiter for production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and other manufacturing positions as business needs require.
  • Support high-volume hiring initiatives, open interview events, orientation sessions, and onboarding.
  • Assist with background checks, drug screenings, and employment documentation.
