About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter will support the growth and transformation of the Services organization and help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology. The role manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions and collaborates with HR and Services leadership on recruiting needs and Company goals. The recruiter is expected to contribute to team knowledge-sharing, pursue professional growth, and develop programs that support the business from a talent perspective. The position calls for an innovative, improvement-minded approach and ethical, responsible ownership of daily work and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience on a regional or national level.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to set and prioritize one's own work.
• Solid communication skills for building buy-in with key stakeholders.
• Ability to gather data, analyze it, and present findings to various audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-volume staffing.
• Recruiting experience in both third-party and corporate settings.
• Experience hiring for Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and/or Sales functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with HR and Services leadership on recruiting needs and overall Company goals.
• Contribute to teamwork and knowledge-sharing within the Talent Acquisition team and HR organization.
• Focus on personal growth and development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to create value for customers, the team, the organization, and oneself.
• Approach daily work and customer relationships with ethics, responsibility, discipline, and ownership.
• Define and build programs that address and support the business from a talent perspective.
• Gather data, analyze findings, and present them to various audiences.
