About The Position

As a Corporate Contract Recruiter for Core Specialty, you will recruit for open requisitions and facilitate the full life cycle of a hire. You will work with managers to ensure the requisitions are filled in a timely manner. Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH at our Headquarters.

Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of legal hiring practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 4 plus years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, hiring processes either in-house or in a professional agency.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience using sourcing channels such as social media channels, internet job boards, networking sites, and professional organizations to attract both passive and active job seekers.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong relationship building capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment with direct and indirect reporting relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably in-house experience.
  • Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment of open positions for a wide variety of roles which include - Finance, Accounting, Operational support, Legal, entry level Claims, Underwriting, etc.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and compliant recruiting process.
  • Handle recruitment activities which include: screening candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and initiating background checks.
  • Actively source candidates through a variety of methods.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and ongoing communication regarding status throughout all stages of the recruiting process.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers by gaining a true understanding of our business, products, and markets to ensure we hire the best talent for our organization.
  • Track candidate information and maintain up-to-date candidate status information in Workday.
  • Work with other functions within HR to ensure a best-in-class HR experience for all new hires and current employees.
  • Comply with state job posting laws around salary transparency and other hiring practices.
