About The Position

The Recruiter II is a mid-level recruiting professional responsible for managing full cycle recruiting activities. This role goes beyond execution to include process improvement, data driven decision making, and proactive support of workforce and hiring strategies. The Recruiter II serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, ensuring fair, effective, and compliant hiring practices while delivering a high quality candidate experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions across functions and levels
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday strongly preferred)
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to define roles and create compelling job postings
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using diverse strategies, including passive sourcing
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Manage recruiting activity in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support vendor management, including agency partnerships and contract negotiation
  • Help train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and effective use of Workday
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire)
  • Contribute to process improvements, TA projects, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with a team currently managing 125+ monthly requisitions
