About The Position

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter with construction industry experience to support our growing workforce needs. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions, including field, skilled trades, and corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality talent in a competitive labor market. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of construction recruiting, understands the urgency of project-based hiring, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver talent strategies that support operational success across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on construction, skilled trades, or related industries
  • Proven ability to fill high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar platforms)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for field and corporate roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill construction and skilled trade roles
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
  • Build and maintain pipelines of electricians, linemen, project managers, and other critical roles
  • Attend job fairs, industry events, and workforce development initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market trends
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and pipeline health
  • Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals
  • Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
