As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance to start date. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong interviewing and candidate management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work on-site

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for corporate or professional roles
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing and networking
  • Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements
  • Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics
  • Communicate interview expectations, timelines, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
  • Provide hiring managers with pipeline and recruiting updates
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and business partners
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
