About The Position

AutoNation is seeking a contract-based Corporate Recruiter to join their Corporate Talent Acquisition team at their Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who excels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, demonstrates a high degree of ownership, and effectively manages stakeholders. The position is fully onsite at the Fort Lauderdale, FL headquarters on Las Olas Blvd.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency supporting large enterprise clients.
  • Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions.
  • Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
  • Comfort in a matrixed organization with experience engaging executives and senior business leaders.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), and CRMs.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to support other business units as priorities shift.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across different corporate business units (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, Accounting, HR, Administrative, Legal)
  • Manage 15–20 open requisitions at a time, adjusting approach based on role complexity and business priority.
  • Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor—offering market insights, compensation benchmarking, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication at every stage.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools to support data integrity and reporting.
  • Flex support across other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as business needs evolve.
