About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to hiring and onboarding top talent. This role plays a critical part in executing the company’s talent acquisition strategy by partnering closely with hiring managers and field HR team to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-performing employees. The Corporate Recruiter will also collaborate with field HR teams to support plant-level recruiting strategies, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and building strong candidate pipelines to reduce reliance on temporary-to-hire labor models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing and multi-site environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and improve hiring strategies.
  • Experience supporting high-volume and/or plant-level recruiting initiatives preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • HR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, AIRS, or other recruiting certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection recommendations, and onboarding of candidates across corporate and field roles.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements. and establish effective hiring strategies and timelines.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates using structured interview techniques and assessment tools to determine role fit and organizational alignment.
  • Develop, write, and post compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect role expectations and company culture.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools to proactively support future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with field HR teams to develop and execute localized recruiting and staffing strategies for plant-level roles, ensuring consistent candidate flow and reducing dependency on temporary labor.
  • Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and campus recruiting initiatives to promote the employer brand and attract diverse talent.
  • Coordinate and manage pre-employment processes, including background checks, reference verification, and onboarding documentation.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to HR leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
