Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain talent acquisition and development partnerships with local high schools, colleges, and trade schools
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Coordinating with managers and Human Resources to identify staffing needs
- Work with Human Resources to devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Assist with new employee onboarding and role development
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job postings, social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
- Develop technician apprenticeship and training programs.
- Assist store Managers with implementation and tracking of technician progress.
- Any other duties assigned to fulfill the company’s needs.
