About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their Corporate Recruiting team. This role will focus on supporting hiring for Finance, Legal, and Real Estate, among other potential functional areas. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and closing candidates, as well as contributing to the improvement of recruiting strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The position is a contract role with a length of 6 months and offers a flexible/hybrid work location, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced and high volume environment
  • Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
  • Track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment
  • Experience navigating complex compensation conversations, including base, equity (RSU), sign-on, and competing offer dynamics in the tech talent market
  • Consultative, data-informed approach to recruiting — you bring market data, competitive intelligence, and candidate insights to every hiring manager interaction
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder who earns trust quickly with both candidates and senior technical leaders
  • Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across a variety of roles throughout Salesforce
  • Strategically partner with senior hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy, define ideal candidate profiles, and influence how we compete for top talent
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — pushing back, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing market intelligence that sharpens decision-making
  • Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Helping to develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a robust pipeline of quality candidates
  • Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles
  • Partner with other departments within HR Team to drive the recruiting process from requisition opening through to on-boarding
  • Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively
  • Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to run an efficient, high-touch candidate experience
  • Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews, and competitive talent intelligence initiatives
