About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Recruiter (Contract) to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across Hyundai Motor America. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of functions and levels. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and help drive hiring initiatives that support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
The Corporate Recruiter serves as a trusted talent advisor, helping Hyundai attract and hire exceptional talent while delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting within the automotive, manufacturing, technology, or corporate services sectors.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain a high level of communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring teams regarding talent market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and candidate feedback discussions.
• Support hiring managers with interview best practices and candidate evaluation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruitment procedures.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress.
• Support special recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
