About The Position
Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Corporate Recruiter in Marion, NC (Hybrid). This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with business priorities. The Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner will support recruiting efforts across Manufacturing (MFG) sites and corporate functional areas.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, Workday Preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience - would consider someone with a High School diploma or Associates' degree if they have the right experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill MFG roles (e.g., CDL, operations, technical positions).
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
- Provide market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, including compensation, talent availability, and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruiting practices.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to TA projects and initiatives.
