About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter will directly impact our ability to attract, engage, nurture, and hire talent. This role focuses on attracting passionate professionals, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and clinical staff who are dedicated to providing high quality care to children with autism. The Corporate Recruiter is a fundamental resource to our team and will be responsible for helping drive company growth by engaging top talent for current and future openings within RISE Services. The Corporate Recruiter will utilize both inbound and outbound marketing tactics to drive quality talent into our recruitment process & talent community. This role is responsible for nurturing relationships with prospective talent & converting qualified talent into direct applicants. The Corporate Recruiter will also provide general HR support and will report to the VP of HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience working within a recruiting team, with ideally a minimum of one year of experience in a direct sourcing role.
  • Experience using Recruiting technologies (i.e. ATS, CRM); experience with Paycom, a plus
  • Social Media and Marketing operations background a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Passion for bringing innovative solutions to the talent lifecycle

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations to understand talent needs and priority positions in all states.
  • Hold regular weekly meetings with hiring managers to review pipeline and recruiting efforts.
  • Bring creative and innovative methods to our sourcing and recruiting efforts & know each market and submarket to attract talent.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives by building online campaigns and messages to prospects in target talent pools and post and manage jobs through the applicant tracking systems.
  • Review resumes and interview candidates.
  • Assist in managing employer brand presence on social media
  • Utilize HRIS analytics to build reports and capture market and competitive intelligence from sourcing efforts, and document in a manner that makes it easy to share with talent acquisition, the broader HR organization, and with the business.

  • Manage the recruiting process and provide quality assurance on RISE’s practices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidates are moving forward in the recruiting process.
  • Assist with competitor information and update dashboards.
  • Generate recruiting metrics.
  • Assists with the maintenance and revision of job descriptions for all states.
  • Able to interpret and enforce company policies and procedures in an objective manner
  • Assists with special projects as assigned or required.
