About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter, Finance and G&A is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across Finance, Accounting, HR, and other G&A roles. This role acts as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, owning the end-to-end talent acquisition process from workforce planning and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, consultative mindset, a passion for G&A functions, and a track record of attracting and closing high-caliber talent in competitive markets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ years of full-cycle accounting, finance, HR, or G&A recruiting experience, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday or comparable platforms a plus.
Ability to flex across corporate functions, supporting recruiting efforts outside of G&A as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting for Finance, Account, HR and other G&A roles across levels — from individual contributors to senior leaders.
Lead Recruiting Strategy Intake meetings with Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
Identify and assess qualified candidates through resume review, structured interviews, and other evaluation methods.
Maintain a high standard for candidate experience from first touch to offer close, ensuring every interaction reflects Skechers' culture and employer brand.
Develop innovative, proactive sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and targeted outreach to identify and engage passive candidates in niche and competitive markets.
Build and maintain high-impact talent pipelines through proactive networking, talent mapping, and long-term relationship management.
Partner with Talent Brand & Marketing to develop targeted campaigns that amplify Skechers' employer brand within the finance, accounting, and HR communities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, delivering regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to align recruitment efforts with business priorities.
Provide guidance on salary benchmarking and offer negotiations, advocating for competitive decisions that close top talent.
Develop a high-level understanding of various tech stacks and frameworks to effectively represent and assess engineering and data roles.
Assist in the development and revision of job descriptions and role specifications.
Identify challenges in the hiring process and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
Contribute to the development of interview frameworks, hiring playbooks, and sourcing strategies that scale across the TA function.
