The engineer identifies quality trends, coordinates with customers and suppliers, conducts audits, and develops programs to improve supplier performance. Responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing proposed changes, compiling training materials, participating in failure analysis, and applying continuous improvement principles. The role involves representing the company with customers, coordinating corrective actions, and educating teams on quality processes like PPAP and APQP.
