Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology or related field for Level III is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Requires four years of experience within IT quality assurance.
Knowledge in the use of tools, concepts and methodologies of quality assurance.
Research, analytical, and organization skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to details.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task work assignments.
Knowledge of credit union operations, systems, and processes is required.
Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.

Responsibilities

Conducting in-depth testing on a wide variety of systems, applications, and enhancements to ensure high-quality and reliable products.
Coordinating and leading all aspects of testing, creating and execute test plans, identify and document defects, and collaborate with development teams and vendors, to ensure the functionality of software solutions.
Working independently with less supervision and performing the most complex tasks, will serve as the senior, most experienced member of the team.
Performing cross functional services within the team and serve as an influencer and serving as a lead for projects when needed.
