About The Position

Oversee the construction and renovation of Atrium’s managed properties, ensuring projects align with approved design and planning goals. Leads the selection and management of contractors and vendors, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently, completed on time, and maintained within approved budget parameters. Monitor project performance using systems to track budgets, schedules, and quality control standards. Maintain organized and sustainable capital records, making warranty and pricing information easily accessible. Coordinate each project’s construction process, ensuring input from all key stakeholders (owner, manager, department heads) to optimize guest impact and long-term value.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in hotel sector construction
In-depth knowledge of Hotel Brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG)
Proven track record of CAPEX project execution
Understanding of the vendor and contractor landscape in hospitality
Availability to travel up to 50%
