About The Position

goFLUENT is seeking a Corporate Polish Trainer to help business professionals from diverse industries develop workplace communication skills. The trainer delivers live online lessons to professionals from leading companies around the world, including executives and specialists across a range of fields. The role involves teaching one-on-one and small groups using goFLUENT’s established methodology, while creating an engaging, interactive, and supportive virtual learning environment. The position is fully remote and freelance, offers a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week, and follows a daytime teaching schedule aligned with the LatAm timezone. Weekends are optional.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Excellent spoken and written Polish and English.
Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Professional, engaging, and learner-focused.
A quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
A PC or laptop running Windows 10 or later, or macOS Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
For a PC, an Intel Core i5 12th generation, i7 11th generation, or equivalent processor or higher; for Mac, an M1 MacBook Pro or MacBook Air.
At least 8 GB of RAM and 20 GB of free disk space.
Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps for both download and upload.

Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred.
