About The Position

goFLUENT is hiring a Corporate Polish Trainer to help business professionals from diverse industries develop workplace communication skills. The trainer delivers live online lessons to professionals from global organizations, including executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry experts. Lessons are conducted in one-on-one and small-group settings using goFLUENT’s established teaching methodology. The trainer creates an interactive, supportive virtual learning environment that encourages participation. This is a fully remote freelance role with a flexible 30-hour workweek and a preferred mid-shift teaching schedule. Weekend teaching is optional. The position requires a dedicated, stable workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a computer that meets the specified operating system, processor, memory, and storage requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Excellent spoken and written Polish and English.
Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Professional, engaging, and learner-focused.
Dedicated, stable workspace for remote work.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with download and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps.
PC or laptop running Windows 10 or later, or macOS Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
For a PC, Intel Core i5 12th generation, Core i7 11th generation, or equivalent processor or better; for a Mac, MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with an M1 chip.
At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB of free disk space.

Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred.
