We are currently in search of a Corporate Partnerships Solutions, Director to join our Corporate Partnerships team! The Corporate Partnerships Solutions, Director is responsible for leading fundraising operations, business processes, and performance analytics that enable revenue growth across the Corporate Partnerships team. This role provides strategic direction and operational governance for CRM and pipeline management, forecasting and data integrity, cross-functional reporting and coordination, and end-to-end financial administration (including invoicing and payments). The Corporate Partnerships Solutions, Director serves as a key liaison with internal stakeholders—including Legal, Finance, Programs, Marketing & Communications, and Executive Leadership—to ensure timely contracts and pledges, effective stewardship, and scalable systems that advance Feed the Children’s mission. NOTE: All qualified candidates nationwide will be considered, however strong preference will be given to candidates located in regions where we have the most need. Salary range : $75K (Consideration will be given with commensurate experience and education).

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of related experience managing multiple projects while working within tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook required
  • Advanced CRM knowledge including governance, data integrity standards, user enablement, and process design; experience managing pipeline workflows, forecasting hygiene, and inbound lead routing/qualification.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting, analyze trends, provide monthly variance reporting, and translate data into clear insights and recommendations; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Qlik) preferred.
  • Knowledge of invoicing, payment coordination, revenue tracking, budgeting/forecasting concepts, and internal controls; strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with clear plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and seamless reporting; manages multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience coordinating executive stewardship engagements including calendars, briefing documents, and travel planning; ability to build and implement stewardship plans and partner deliverables.
  • Experience partnering with legal teams to ensure timely pledges/contracts and to manage approvals; builds due diligence processes for new business and supports gift acceptance issue resolution.
  • Working knowledge of pipeline/prospecting tools such as Instrumentl and Seamless.ai; ability to train users and optimize workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills effectively managing tasks, deadlines and resources, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivity within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising operations for the corporate partnerships team, driving scalable systems and continuous process improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic operations leader to the Vice President for fundraising efforts, ensuring successful revenue growth and overall support with donor cultivation and prospecting.
  • Lead pipeline management governance, including forecasting hygiene and data integrity standards, to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Serve as the team CRM subject matter expert, establishing best practices for usage, data quality, and adoption across the team.
  • Support pipeline management tool usage, including Instrumentl and Seamless.ai, and provide training, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own website inbound leads management, including intake, qualification workflow, assignment, follow-up, and performance reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Corporate Partnerships team to research and identify sources of monetary and fundraising support.
  • Establish and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting (including variance reporting) to track performance, forecast results, and identify risks/opportunities.
  • Train and onboard new corporate partnerships staff in systems, processes, and protocols.
  • Run Qlik reports and ensure the reporting meets the needs of the team.
  • Serve as the Accelerist expert, working with team members on follow up and tracking when prospecting new and current donors.
  • Build and continuously improve the due diligence process for new business to move a prospect to a partner, including inbound leads.
  • Assist with managing gift acceptance issues when items arise with existing partners and support the development of gift acceptance policy, procedures, and escalation pathways.
  • Create and maintain necessary documents via SharePoint, Excel spreadsheets, or other programs to support team fundraising efforts.
  • Build out a stewardship plan and manage implementation, including partner communications, reporting, and recognition touchpoints.
  • Manage outgoing and incoming mass emails through BBIS (mass emails) system.
  • Represent the Corporate Partnerships department by attending monthly resource rally meetings ensuring that resource rally event details and project schedules are communicated in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
  • Represent the Corporate Partnerships team with critical internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Programs, Marketing & Communications, and Executive Leadership teams to collaborate and resolve issues.
  • Support partner communication processes including CRM database tracking, partner portal, document updates and other items as needed.
  • Serve as liaison with Legal to ensure timeliness of pledges, contracts, and related approvals; proactively track status and remove roadblocks.
  • Work across U.S. and international program teams to support collaboration, coordinate seamless reporting, and keep the team updated as needed.
  • Serve as the team liaison between the Corporate Partnerships team and the Marketing & Communications team to ensure deadlines are met and cause marketing campaign agreements are fulfilled.
  • Maintain responsibility for the creation, preparation, and processing of documents submitted to the Legal & Regulatory department.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws; maintain accountability standards to donors.
  • Attend relevant and key Feed the Children campaign and organizational events as necessary.
  • Own end-to-end financial administration for the team, including invoicing, payment coordination, and accurate revenue tracking.
  • Support financial end-to-end processes from budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting of revenue.
  • Lead monthly variance reporting and partner/frontline fundraiser ROI assessments; communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead the development of a tracking process of detailed fund management of all partner commitments.
  • Oversee tracking of team travel budgets.
  • Leads project management from conception through implementation, providing both leadership and hands-on involvement in all phases, ensuring seamless reporting, schedules are communicated, and deadlines are met.
  • Create the weekly team meeting schedule, notes and agenda ensuring action items are communicated effectively and timely.
  • Coordinates planning for executive stewardship engagement including calendars, briefing documents, and travel planning.
  • Provide support for meeting preparations that could include setting up meetings, agenda, deck preparation and meeting follow-ups.
  • Provide support for event coordination/communication when needed with corporate partners and events team (e.g., coordinating invites, talking points, marketing needs and Corporate Donor Relations coordination when necessary).
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve team efficiency, standardize reporting, and streamline workflows.
