Under the immediate supervision of the Executive Director of Development and Corporate Partnerships for Student Affairs, the Corporate Partnership Administrative Trainee provides administrative, organizational, and project coordination support for the Division of Student Affairs' partnership and philanthropic initiatives. This position is designed to develop foundational knowledge of partnership activation, donor stewardship, external engagement, and higher education philanthropy while supporting the successful execution of existing corporate, community, and philanthropic partnerships. The role will work collaboratively with a variety of campus partners including but not limited to: University Advancement, Athletics, Academic Affairs, and External Relations. The incumbent serves as a central coordination resource for partnership activation by maintaining organized systems that track partnership agreements, sponsorship benefits, activation timelines, event logistics, stewardship activities, and reporting deadlines. Working closely with campus departments and external stakeholders, the Corporate Partnership Administrative Trainee helps ensure partnership commitments are fulfilled accurately, professionally, and on schedule while contributing to positive partner and donor experiences. Under immediate supervision, the Corporate Partnership Administrative Trainee assists with preparing annual partnership recaps, donor stewardship reports, impact summaries, presentations, and other communications that demonstrate the outcomes of philanthropic investments and partnership engagements. The position also supports meetings, events, recognition activities, and other administrative functions while developing skills in relationship management, project coordination, communication, and organizational effectiveness within the Division of Student Affairs.
