We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Office team in Woodbury, MN. This full-time Corporate Support position offers a dynamic role with opportunities to contribute across departments, grow your skills, and make a real impact.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across departments including Operations, Accounting, HR, and Marketing
• Assist with invoices and basic accounting tasks
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and marketing materials
• Support internal communication and social media activities
• Assist with HR and training documentation
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and organize corporate documents
• Contribute to a variety of projects and tasks, with room for growth
