About The Position

This role centers on being the organization’s first point of contact, managing daily office flow and reception, coordinating meetings, working with Executives and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. This is an onsite role located at 115 Federal Street, Boston, MA. Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday, with flexibility for special meetings and events.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years related experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Oversee mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Coordinate visitor badges, parking, and security protocols.
  • Prepare meeting rooms (A/V setup, seating, materials, refreshments).
  • Maintain conference room calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Support planning of office events, celebrations, and team‑building activities.
  • Support of Executive when needed.
  • Reset all conference meeting rooms at end of day.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about office logistics.
  • Support onboarding by preparing welcome materials and workspace setup.
  • Maintain all café snacks and beverages on a regular basis, ensuring items are stocked, organized, and refreshed as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
  • Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
  • Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
