As the Corporate Office Facilities Assistant, you will help ensure the smooth, day-to-day operations of our headquarters by managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional front desk service, overseeing facility functions, and coordinating mailroom activities. Success in this fast-paced role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a flexible, can-do attitude. You’ll report to the Facilities Manager, work closely with the Sr. Director of People Strategy, and collaborate across departments. This role provides a strong foundation for personal and professional growth, offering exposure to cross-functional teams and insight into the inner workings of a corporate environment.
