About The Position

Operating at the corporate headquarters level, the Corporate Marketing Manager serves as the primary operational partner and "right hand" to the VP of Corporate Marketing. This position will lead the daily execution, project management, and nationwide rollout of our new brand identity and monthly national promotions; ensure divisions are following brand standards in local marketing efforts; and serve as the direct liaison between divisional marketing and corporate departments. Because this role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency and cross-divisional alignment, this position will serve as the corporate anchor—possessing the functional authority to audit compliance, monitor regional budgets, and enforce standards across all regional divisions. You will act as the vital bridge between corporate strategy and regional execution, equipping local marketing teams with the creative assets, turn-key promotional tools, and digital frameworks required to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
  • 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within a corporate or regional capacity, with a strong preference for multi-market homebuilding, real estate, hospitality, or retail required
  • Exceptional organizational and traffic management skills, with a proven track record of handling high-volume creative pipelines and complex timelines required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide, support, and hold regional teams accountable to corporate deadlines and standards without direct reporting authority required
  • Experience tracking multi-market budgets and navigating digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, CRM reporting, etc.) required
  • Proficient in standard office software such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email programs, and internet browsers.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator, is required.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work within specified deadlines.
  • Rely on performance data to make decisions, but you move quickly and don't wait for perfect direction to take action.
  • Easily translate complex marketing data (clicks and impressions) into clear business impacts (leads, contracts, and revenue) for executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Canva experience is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with residential homebuilding, real estate, or complex multi-step consumer decision journeys.
  • Process improvement mindset. See broken processes or messy data as an opportunity to build a clean, scalable foundation that works better.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day, nationwide implementation of the new corporate brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints; ensure a seamless transition from legacy assets.
  • Conduct routine marketing audits across all regional divisions to ensure strict alignment with corporate visual identity, messaging standards, and tone-of-voice guidelines.
  • Act as the daily corporate point of contact for regional marketing personnel, providing ongoing project guidance, troubleshooting local execution bottlenecks, and onboarding new regional hires on corporate workflows.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with regional marketing leads to coordinate corporate initiatives, share successful localized strategies, and ensure a unified brand presence.
  • Serve as the primary traffic manager and interface between regional divisions and the internal creative team or agency partners, managing the intake, scoping, and on-time delivery of high-volume asset requests.
  • Oversee the standardized production and distribution of physical and digital assets, including localized community signage, floor plan collateral, and sales center environmental graphics.
  • Maintain and organize the centralized corporate digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring regional teams have immediate access to current, approved marketing collateral.
  • Project manage the creation, packaging, and distribution of monthly sales incentives and national promotional toolkits for flawless regional deployment.
  • Coordinate the development of standardized presentation decks, event templates, and educational assets to help divisions systematically engage local broker communities.
  • Review and track regional marketing budget allocations and monthly expenditures, flagging variances to ensure adherence to corporate financial targets.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with corporate print, signage, and digital vendors to ensure quality control, maintain pricing structures, and streamline regional procurement.
  • Support the implementation of localized social media frameworks, email marketing automation tracks, and website content updates across regional pages.
  • Gather, compile, and analyze monthly digital and lead-generation metrics across all divisions, preparing performance reports for the VP of Corporate Marketing to identify optimization opportunities.
