About The Position

The Entry-Level Marketing Associate supports stabilized multifamily communities through ongoing marketing audits, performance monitoring, digital listing oversight, and data tracking. This role is highly detail-oriented and task-driven, focused on maintaining consistency across marketing platforms while identifying opportunities to improve property visibility and performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, executing structured tasks, maintaining organization, and improving outcomes through analysis and consistency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, administrative support, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with social media platforms or digital marketing tools
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies and online marketing platforms
  • Exposure to Yardi, SOCi, or similar systems
  • Multifamily or property management experience
  • Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Preferred experience or familiarity with: Yardi or similar PMS/CRM platforms
  • Preferred experience or familiarity with: Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Preferred experience or familiarity with: ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)
  • Preferred experience or familiarity with: Reputation management platforms such as SOCi
  • Basic understanding of PPC, SEO, and digital advertising performance

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recurring marketing audits across stabilized communities to ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital platforms.
  • Review and evaluate: Pricing, concessions, and messaging alignment across ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.).
  • Review and evaluate: Image quality and listing consistency.
  • Review and evaluate: Website content, SEO presence, and user experience gaps.
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate actionable recommendations to marketing leadership and onsite teams.
  • Maintain and update marketing performance trackers, including ad spend, vendor performance, and cost metrics.
  • Analyze property-level performance trends related to: Paid media (ILS, PPC, social media).
  • Analyze property-level performance trends related to: Lead generation sources.
  • Analyze property-level performance trends related to: Traffic and leasing conversion indicators.
  • Identify underperforming assets or channels and escalate findings appropriately.
  • Monitor online reviews and audit response consistency across platforms.
  • Support reputation management workflows and ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Identify recurring resident feedback trends and sentiment patterns.
  • Ensure timely and professional review response coverage across communities.
  • Assist with marketing requests submitted through internal systems and workflows.
  • Complete assigned tasks related to: Listing updates.
  • Complete assigned tasks related to: Content corrections.
  • Complete assigned tasks related to: Campaign adjustments.
  • Track project completion status and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review and maintain accuracy across third-party listing platforms (ILS).
  • Ensure: Pricing and specials are current and aligned.
  • Ensure: Property descriptions meet company brand standards.
  • Ensure: Amenities and features are complete and accurate.
  • Support ongoing listing optimization efforts.
