The Corporate Manager Government Reimbursement and Reporting will have understanding and realization of various state and federal reimbursement programs and ensure compliance with all related reporting and attestations including cost reports, government stimulus and state supplemental payment programs.

Requirements

Minimum of a BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 5 - 10 years healthcare finance experience with demonstrated knowledge of cost reporting and government payer oversight.
Experience working on Medicare bad debts, DSH, S-10 logs, Interns & Residents, and cost report reserves.
Multi-state experience, ideally in CA, TX, NJ, and PA.
Experience in financial analysis and cost accounting.
Familiar with Medicare rules and guidelines for cost reporting.

Nice To Haves

Experience with HFS cost reporting software.
Able to interact with various patient accounting systems
Working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities
