About The Position

Oversee budget management and monitoring key performance indicators across all Buzzi plants located in the United States. Plan for both strategic and non-strategic spare parts to ensure smooth operations across the US plants. The most closely monitored facilities are Maryneal, TX and Festus, MO. Coordinate and oversee operational teams at plants during major winter outages. Check the main problem related to the main asset using high searcher software such as Waites. Conduct thermal imaging inspections to identify abnormal temperature patterns. Analyze oil samples to assess component health for all plants in the US to ensure predictive maintenance based on oil analysis to help prevent unexpected breakdowns. Regular Inspections in the Buzzi plants in the US. Create schedules based on manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, and historical data. Preventive tasks include cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and part replacements. RCFA Detailed Records to record maintenance activities in all plants in the US. Use software tools to track trends, plan future maintenance, and comply with regulations. Optimize maintenance intervals by balancing costs with the risk of equipment failure. Minimize downtime while maximizing asset lifespan. Travels up to 100% of the time to Buzzi Unicem cement manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any) or related field of study
  • Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
  • Demonstrated experience with C++
  • Demonstrated experience with Fortran
  • Demonstrated experience with Visual Basic
  • Demonstrated experience with TomTom Tools
  • Demonstrated experience with AutoCad
  • Demonstrated experience with High searcher software (Waites)
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Apex
  • Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and component design on cement manufacturing equipment
  • Demonstrated experience with coordinating schedules, ordering materials and contract preparation for cement manufacturing facilities
  • Demonstrated experience with developing and implementing vibration analysis for equipment failures of cement manufacturing equipment
  • Demonstrated experience with hog kiln alignment to align rotating kilns for cement production
  • Demonstrated experience with performing inspections and assessments of rotary kilns to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Demonstrated experience with maintaining records of maintenance activities and analyzing equipment performance data for cement production equipment
