About The Position

This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-impact legal support across corporate operations, contracts, compliance, and risk management. The Corporate Legal Counsel will advise internal stakeholders on complex legal matters, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting strategic initiatives while drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. The position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly. You will also contribute to the development of policies and best practices that protect the organization and enable growth. This role balances independent work with collaborative engagement across multiple business areas.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state
  • 5+ years of corporate legal experience, preferably in-house or in a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, compliance, and risk management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex legal concepts
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
