This candidate will help manage and support the Company’s extensive real estate portfolio focusing on development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and commercial leasing. The role involves assisting real estate and business leaders with negotiating and drafting various contracts, including construction contracts, financing agreements, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and leases. The counsel will also draft and negotiate commercial contracts, professional services agreements, master service agreements, and financing documents such as credit agreements, notes, and mortgages. Additionally, the position requires serving as a strategic resource for business leaders, providing insights on real estate contractual terms, property management issues, and current regulations. Travel is expected to be up to 10%, and other projects or duties may be assigned.
