Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Must have a reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team
Assist with a variety of HR-related tasks and projects as assigned
Support day-to-day department operations and organizational initiatives
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee information
Participate in training and development opportunities to gain exposure to Human Resources functions
Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate information within HR systems
Collaborate with team members across departments as needed
Perform administrative tasks as needed
