About The Position

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive internship program at one of our corporate office locations, available in 3- or 6-month durations. The program is built around gaining in-person, on-site work experience, receiving personalized guidance from experienced leaders, participating in exclusive sessions with senior executives, shadowing different departments, conducting interviews with senior leaders, collaborating on meaningful projects, and joining interactive online sessions. This specific internship focuses on Product & Program Management, with a timeline for Fall 2026, starting in September 2026 for a 6-month duration. The role is located at MVW HQ in Orlando, FL, and is hybrid, requiring 4 days in the office. Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level in Hospitality, Business, or an Open field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.
• Project reporting – track and manage project, PowerPoints, review with leaders.
• Communication templets, project coordinator.
