Corporate Intern - Global Housekeeping Operations
About The Position
Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive internship program at one of our corporate office locations, available in 3- or 6-month durations. The program is built around gaining on-site work experience, receiving guidance from experienced leaders, participating in sessions with senior executives, shadowing different departments, conducting interviews with senior leaders, collaborating on meaningful projects, and joining interactive online sessions. This specific internship focuses on Global Housekeeping Support, with a timeline for Fall 2026, starting in September 2026 for a 6-month duration. The pay is $18.50 per hour, and the location is MVW HQ in Orlando, FL, with a hybrid work model (4 days in office). Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree in Hospitality or Business. The role involves assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting project planning and execution, attending team meetings, gathering and analyzing data, and reviewing feedback related to housekeeping efficiency systems, guest satisfaction, and monthly/quarterly items.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
- Pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Business.
- Previous hotel experience.
- Knowledge of property-based systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
