About The Position

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive internship program at one of our corporate office locations, available in 3- or 6-month durations. This program is designed to provide interns with in-person, on-site work experience within a designated department, personalized guidance from experienced leaders, and exclusive sessions with senior executives. Interns will also have the opportunity to shadow different departments, conduct interviews with senior leaders, collaborate on innovative projects, and participate in online sessions to gain exposure to various areas of the MVW business. The F&A Corporate Intern/VO Resort Ops Finance role is for the Fall 2026 internship timeline, starting in September 2026, with a duration of 6 months and a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. The position is located at MVW HQ in Orlando, FL, with a hybrid work model requiring 4 days in the office.

Requirements

• Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
• Candidate must be pursuing a degree in Finance or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.
• Organize information across multiple resorts.
• Assist with budgeting.
• Assist operation leaders.
