Requirements

  • Demonstrates a strong hustle mindset, relentlessly, navigating objections until securing a Yes!
  • Committed to a rigorous first year to establish a solid sales foundation, then continuously grow both financially and in role responsibilities.
  • Embraces the principle that meaningful progress follows hard work and sustained effort.
  • A strong, repeatable sales foundation built through disciplined call activity, needs analysis and value driven conversations.
  • Ability to handle transfers from lead qualifiers, identify client needs, present solutions, and upsell where suitable.
  • Adherence to call flow and scripts.
  • Reliable, punctual and fully engaged in a team-driven environment.
  • No prior experience required, but a strong interest in insurance and commitment to completing our onboarding program to obtain your Health and Life license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to commute to Allentown, PA 18101. (This is a full onsite job)

Responsibilities

  • Sell Health or Medicare insurance products to uninsured and underinsured individuals, in addition to promoting and selling our proprietary plan products to enhance overall coverage.
  • Answer high-volume outbound calls to live leads provided by Ideal Concepts.
  • Qualify needs quickly, conduct needs analysis, and present fitting solutions.
  • Take transferred inquiries from lead qualifiers, own the sales cycle, and drive to close.
  • Present IDC supplementary products on every call when appropriate.
  • Use consultative selling to present products that meet client needs and add value.
  • Generate electronic rate quotes and document call details accurately.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with clients and teammates.
  • Hit and exceed daily / weekly performance metrics and call-quality standards.
  • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
