The position also supports surety and bonding processes, and plays a key role in managing the company’s claims and litigation portfolio, including processing and tracking insurance claims. Additionally, the role leads the management and maintenance of the company’s general contracting and corporate business licenses across various states, municipalities, and jurisdictions to ensure seamless operational compliance.
