About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Insurance Analyst to support day-to-day administration of the organization’s insurance programs. This role works closely with the Senior Director of Risk Management, brokers, carriers, and stakeholders to ensure programs are properly placed and administered across all lines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of commercial insurance lines including property, casualty, liability, and financial lines (D&O, E&O, Cyber)
  • Familiarity with the insurance placement and renewal process, including broker and carrier coordination
  • Experience administering claims and coordinating with TPAs, adjusters, or carriers
  • Demonstrated ability to issue and manage certificates of insurance and review contracts for insurance requirements
  • Experience with budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and purchase order processing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with data reporting and basic analytics

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management operations, or a related insurance analyst role
  • Familiarity with captive insurance operations
  • Proficiency with RMIS platforms for policy and claims administration (e.g., Origami Risk, Riskonnect, Ventiv, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Support placement, renewal, and administration of corporate insurance programs (property, liability, D&O, E&O, cyber, workers’ compensation).
  • Maintain policy inventory, renewal calendars, and exposure schedules; benchmark coverage against peers.
  • Coordinate with TPAs, adjusters, and carriers on claims; track open claims and prepare reports.
  • Maintain RMIS data and generate analytics for renewals and executive reporting.
  • Issue certificates of insurance and review contracts for compliance.
  • Monitor the department budget, process purchase orders, and reconcile invoices.
  • Prepare program summaries and renewal presentations; respond to cross-functional inquiries.
