We are seeking a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Corporate Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of learning solutions from needs analysis through evaluation, supporting key organizational priorities including compliance, corporate policies, leadership development, and employee relations. This position requires a strong foundation in the ADDIE model, combined with excellent project management capabilities and a sharp attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables. The ideal candidate is both creative and structured and able to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences while managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business leaders to design and deliver impactful, scalable learning programs using modern tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, and the Microsoft 365 suite. Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in our Minnetonka office.
