The goal of PNC’s Development Programs is to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles in one of PNC’s lines of business. PNC Business Credit is one of the top asset-based lenders in the country with 40 offices nationwide and more than $60 billion in commitments. PNC Business Credit provides senior secured and specialty financing to private equity firms and mid-sized companies across a wide range of industries and geographies throughout the U.S., Canada and the UK. The Business Credit track is an engaging 2-year experience especially designed to equip you with the foundational and transferable skills that will enable you to navigate a successful career in banking. Analysts will master PNC’s product set to excel in analytics, credit, relationship management, sales and financial modeling. Various locations are available depending on rotational opportunity and business needs. Locations may include: New York City, NY; Pasadena, CA ; and Chicago, IL;. The PNCBC program requires a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel up to 65% and having access to reliable transportation for commuting to and from customer locations on a daily basis (within 100 miles). Travel is generally regional in nature, but may at times require the ability to travel overnight up to 65% of the time.
