We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Logistics Trainee to join our team with a focus on building expertise in associate engagement and retention programs and practices. This developmental role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive business knowledge while learning how we successfully engage and retain talent across our business. This role is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of HR while developing specialized expertise in associate engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • You’ve got an undergraduate degree
  • Your leadership track record is evident whether in class, on campus, in your community, or in the military
  • Each program will start on the first of the month and go for approximately 9-12 months.
  • You’re able to commute to “city, state” daily. Open to relocation after completion of the program.

Responsibilities

  • Document current state of engagement programs, including compliance, quality, and impact
  • Develop deep understanding of our business operations, culture, and organizational structure to learn how different departments and product lines approach associate engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with functional leaders and product line partners to understand their unique engagement challenges and best practices
  • Conduct comprehensive assessment of existing associate engagement and retention programs across the organization to determine opportunities for streamlining and standardization
  • Analyze program effectiveness through data review, associate feedback, and stakeholder interviews
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies while maintaining program effectiveness
  • Support implementation of approved program enhancements
