Under the direction of the Director of HR, the Corporate HR Specialist performs the necessary functions to support the entire Corporate HR Team. The incumbent will work in areas such as compliance, benefits, safety, talent management, and assist with coverage in Westfield HR as needed. The position requires frequent contact with personnel inside and outside the company, requiring reasonable tact, discretion, interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
