Corporate Human Resources Director (Remote – Multi-Site Support) Travel: Up to 50% Help strengthen HR practices across a growing multi-site organization! We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Director who enjoys working directly with HR teams, traveling to different locations, and ensuring strong and consistent HR practices across an organization. This role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and plays an important role in supporting HR staff across multiple locations. The HR Director ensures the consistent implementation of HR systems, policies, and processes through training, on-site support, HR audits, and operational guidance. While this position is remote, the role requires frequent travel to organizational locations to support HR teams, deliver training, assist with acquisition transitions, and help ensure HR processes are implemented consistently across the organization. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being in the field, supporting HR teams, and helping organizations operate with strong and consistent HR practices.
