About The Position

We’re looking for a Corporate Housekeeper/ Turnover Specialist to help us deliver exceptional, move-in-ready spaces for our guests. This isn’t just cleaning, it’s creating an experience. You’ll be the final touch before every guest arrives: Deep clean and sanitize fully furnished apartments, reset and stage units to look guest-ready and inviting, replace linens, towels, and restock essentials, spot and report maintenance issues or missing items, work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times, and complete a thorough inspection, using an inspection app. This role is perfect for experienced cleaners who want more independence, Airbnb/short-term rental cleaners, people who love organizing, staging, and making spaces look amazing, and anyone who takes pride in a job well done. Requirements

• Housekeeping experience, preferably in a residential setting
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record (will drive company vehicle)
• Can pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift, bend, climb stairs and stay active throughout the day
• Detail-obsessed (you notice what others miss)
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Able to work quickly without cutting corners
• Comfortable working independently, but also likes being part of a team
