About The Position

The Corporate Finance Career (Rotational) Development Program (CDP) at Air Products is designed to develop future finance leaders. This high-visibility program consists of three 12-month assignments in various finance-aligned areas such as business-aligned areas, corporate decision support, internal audit, corporate tax, treasury/financial planning, and/or analysis. The program aims to provide participants with challenging work, mentorship, and coaching to deepen their professional and technical skills, explore career interests, and develop their potential. Participants will gain a broad perspective of the company's businesses and products, collaborate with business and functional leaders, and be encouraged to take ownership of their career development. Rotational assignments are in-person and located at the global headquarters in Allentown, PA.

Requirements

• Recent bachelor’s graduate or graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027 with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Outstanding undergraduate record of achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Ability to demonstrate team, analytical, problem-solving skills, and some leadership abilities through participation on team projects, in campus club/organization leadership positions, or with past jobs/internships.
• Acts with integrity, passion, and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities
