About The Position
Join Uline’s Finance team at its Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters. Use finance experience to analyze financial activity, resolve complex issues, and help leaders make informed decisions. The role offers broad exposure to the business and career development at a stable, family-owned company. Finance teams include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Tax. All positions are based on-site at Uline’s Pleasant Prairie headquarters.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or required for select positions.
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and documentation to support accurate financial transactions and reporting.
- Research account, payment, and compliance-related issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers to address financial matters and provide timely, professional support.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to strengthen financial processes and support business needs.
