About The Position

Uline is seeking candidates for corporate finance opportunities at its headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The Finance team analyzes financial activity, resolves complex issues, and helps leaders make informed decisions. Employees gain broad exposure to the business and opportunities to develop their skills and advance at a stable, family-owned company.

Corporate Finance teams include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Tax. Candidates may share their information with Uline’s recruiting team to be considered for opportunities that align with their experience and goals. All positions are based on-site at Uline’s Pleasant Prairie headquarters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or required for select positions.
• Two or more years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and documentation to support accurate financial transactions and reporting.
• Research account, payment, and compliance-related issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers about financial matters and provide timely, professional support.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to strengthen financial processes and support business needs.
