Requirements

Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field followed by 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
Analyzing financial statements and performing financial modeling and analysis utilizing MS Excel
S&P Capital IQ
Analysis of financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets and capital structure, AND
Assisting with ad-hoc projects for management including presentations and surfacing research-based insights

Responsibilities

Perform professional and highly specialized duties in the occupation of Management Science.
Responsible for conducting analyses of financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets and capital structure.
Influence business partners to gain key insights with meaningful and actionable analyses.
Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate mergers and acquisitions, new initiatives and effectively communicate key takeaways.
Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to both influence and drive project outcomes.
Assist with ad-hoc projects for management and the Board including presentations and surfacing research-based insights.
Key areas of focus range across M&A evaluations, capital structure planning, and industry research and benchmarking.
