About The Position

This role involves solving problems across the entire business, not just finance, by digging into marketing, site merchandising, product development, promotions, and inventory to surface insights and drive better decisions across all brands. The position requires an AI-first mindset, leveraging AI tools to work faster and smarter alongside traditional analytical methods. Success means solving complex, often non-finance problems and thinking through the first-, second-, and third-order effects of decisions spanning marketing, inventory, accounts payable, and more. The role supports corporate development including mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and partnerships, involving modeling, negotiation, and decision making. It also includes leading the preparation of strategic financial reporting, conducting ongoing financial forecasting, and owning special projects and analyses end-to-end with little direction. The Associate will play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing financial and operational data to explain variance drivers and provide recommendations, and developing business analytics and KPIs via dashboards. The role requires summarizing analytical results clearly and concisely and continuously developing and innovating reporting and analytics.
