Requirements

A high school graduate/GED.
A valid California driver’s license.
Three years' experience in operation and maintenance of the physical plant in healthcare setting or major industrial complex.
Proficient in at least two building trades, with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skilled duties in the maintenance/repair and modification of equipment, HVAC units, buildings’ utility systems, and grounds.
Construct various items requiring carpentry and wood finishing skills.
Follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment, as well as the necessary documentation as required in permanent files.
Provide facility support to campuses as assigned.
