Corporate Facility Manager
About The Position
Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a Corporate Facility Manager to provide facility support to assigned campuses. The role performs skilled maintenance, repair, and modification of equipment, HVAC units, building utility systems, and grounds. It also includes constructing items requiring carpentry and wood-finishing skills, following a written planned maintenance program for mechanical, electrical, and other systems equipment, and maintaining the required documentation in permanent files. The anticipated start date is January 2027. This is a full-time position. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, including criminal history and identity checks.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Three years of experience operating and maintaining the physical plant in a healthcare setting or major industrial complex.
- Proficiency in at least two building trades.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and modify equipment, HVAC units, building utility systems, and grounds.
